One of the kids! Kind of a shut-in. She’s been sort of sickly since she was born and tended to stay inside, developing a gloomy and pessimistic sort of disposition -- so it goes without saying she didn’t have any friends in the area. So she would turn to books and video games and later her computer, when she was given one, to keep herself busy! Anyway, nowadays she’s much more cheerful -- all the time, actually. She’s kind of a creepy little shit to be honest. Full of all this knowledge of varying obscurities and always smiling and polite and sweet when she talks or types no matter what she says and she occasionally says some REALLY WORRYING things.

With her friends, though, she’s... well, still creepy occasionally, but mostly very affectionate! She values her friends very heavily because her father, the CEO of a large company in the area, is usually pretty absent and she was never able to connect with her housekeepers -- so she’ll do anything to keep them happy and safe. It goes without saying she’s sort of terrifying when angered, but she’s such a chill person you’d really have to fuck up to get her mad anyway. She’s perfectly content to just talk to her friends and eat lots of food and play video games and read books. Also she really likes math and science. She likes everything, really.

Kanabo Concol

Kanabo is a blueblood based off of an oni in design, but her COUGARMOM raised her to be a troll as refined as her caste demands. She has a variety of interests, most circling around MAINTAINING ORDER and PUNISHING RULE-BREAKERS, which she feels is her particular noblesse-oblige as a member of the upper castes, and due to the work of her ANCESTOR, the PALADINA, a persecutor of ruffians and criminals. On a softer note, she enjoys tea, reading old epics, and quietly fantasizing about having (gasp) friends. She is, like most other bluebloods, extremely STRONG, but generally can contain herself unless her trusty SPIKED-CLUB in hand. Then, and only then, she can get a bit...over-enthusiastic in her endeavors. Cougarmom, as Kanabo grew older, began spending less and less time raising her troll in favor of scouting out new, younger mates to spend time with, and subsequently nags at Kanabo to fill out her quadrants.

Kanabo, however, has the bad habit of retreating behind politesse and pleasantries, rather than aggressively taking chances when it comes to troll romance. In fact, romantic matters are one of the few subjects that can shatter her ladylike cool, leaving her a sputtering, blushing mess. More often than not, she keeps to her mountaintop hive, but does occasionally make forays out to a nearby city to keep the peace and mingle with others, at the behest of Cougarmom.

Physically, Kanabo is tall and shapely, a classic, cool beauty by every measure. Mostly she lives up to her appearance, save for a few moments when her shell is cracked and she is left sputtering and bewildered. She is, however, a force to be reckoned with when her temper is loosened, turning into a super-strong berserker demon. So really, it’s fortunate she was trained from an early age to have vast reserves of patience and restraint.

She currently has all quadrants open!

I'll just kind of re-type the blurb a bit.... smaller.

Zach's the coolkid that only exhibits three coolkid things: How awesome he is, how awesome his adventures are, and how STOIC he is. Doesn't like to curse a whole lot but will do so for emphasis. Likes making friends, is terrible at lying and thus will stretch the truth or hide information when he has to, but will not lie to his friends. He believes being trustworthy and honest is the way of being a true cowboy.

As for his friends, he's protective as all get out for all of them. He might tell them how much they piss him off sometimes and how he's not going to be around to save their asses when they get in trouble, but he would totally still be there to do so. He couldn't just strand them out there.

He does play video games on occasion, mostly computer games (OREGON TRAILLLLLL...) and has a lazy father who used to be an awesome adventurer himself, but does jack shit lately and Zach's the one going out and killing animals three times his size to keep the livestock and crops from being eaten.

IOCIDE SCIAPH is a purple blooded troll with a fascination with foreshadowing, fears, shadows and death. A morbid, but rather easily amused girl. She tends to leer about, talk very astutely and attempting to scare other people into screaming fits. As a high blood, she does have issues controlling herself from killing everyone. Her speech is well paced and well, rather well spoken. Except when she needs it to be. Her sense of humor is extremely in bad taste and finds the sight of certain blood colors extremely obnoxious or just not pleasing to her eye. Blue, Yello and Red are all extremely unpleasing to her and tend to piss her off more.
Her sign is actually just a circle with an X over it, so it goes hand in hand with that.

She enjoys writing, taxidermy, Troll Edgar Allen Poe (who was of the same caste as she), skulls, being told scary/spooky/creepy stories, hunting for what she taxidermies and above all else, painting. She really, really likes painting. With blood.

She’s fond of stories that are gruesome, filled with gore, blood and as she put it once, “grubocide, that always tickles my fancy.”

Iocide is rather average height for the 8 sweeps she’s been alive, roughly 5’7”. She is extremely strong and loves to fight hand-to-hand. If you have a weapon, she tends to look down on you for it. In fact, she tends to look down on most people in the hemospectrum. She does have a slight appreciation for Kyrill’s blood, mostly because it’s pleasing to her eyes. She’s possessive, it’s ridiculous how possessive she can get over things she deems as hers. She will bite your ears off if you touch what’s hers.

Her teeth are sharp, exceptionally sharp, if she bites you hard enough, she could take out chunks out of you. Her fists are literally her weapons and she uses them a lot. As her hobby is taxidermy and she tends to kill her own things.

SO HERE’S THREE POSS FRIENDSHIPS/HATEPEOPLE:
Adelle: She hates Adelle, there is not Kismesisitude here, just pure unadulterated hatred for each other. She wants to paint pretty flowers in her lilac blood on her wall.
Kyrill: This is her Greenblood, she finds his blood soothing and has pierced his ear for the monocle chain. Probably laughed hysterically and did it in the most painful way anyways. He could be considered a really good friend to her, as he tends to agree with her due to her high blood.
Jack: Jack seems to amuse her and soothe her as well, she makes him call her “mistress”. Yeah, I don’t know either. IS JACKS PATRON TROLL MAN....

Generally, she does not friend people well and likes to bite. A lot. She will bite if she doesn’t agree with something you’ve said to her, it generally won’t be hard... but on bad days, it will draw blood.

Her Lusus is SeaPanther, who is mostly aquatic but can come on land. She and Pantherdad do not get along well, as Pantherdad would like Iocide to be more refined and well, our lovely Io thinks that’s complete bullshit, so nope. As a response, Pantherdad tends to be away for long spaces of time and Iocide fills her days with taxidermy and reading and uh, hunting.

Her biggest trophy is another troll’s lusus. She has it taxidermied and in her bedroom. (If you’d like it to be your trolls, just ask, otherwise, it’s another big cat)

ILYA VOLTAS is... well, he’s afraid of MOST THINGS and usually for GOOD REASON. In his years he’s become quite the ATTIC DWELLER thanks to his MEDDLING AUNT and her less than ideal ways to fix his many phobias. When he isn’t lazing about and wasting time on the internet, he’s usually in the makeshift dojo his Aunt turned their basement into. Ilya is well versed in various forms of KICKBOXING; like MUAY THAI and SANSHOU, as well as developing a new style fitted to various types of leg gear his Aunt makes for him. Ilya actually spends a lot of his time training, and it’s usually with terrifying methods (aka: running a mile IN A STORM, or his Aunt provoking a WILD BOAR during camping and making him FIGHT THE FUCKING THING.)

Because he lives in such... extreme conditions he’s grown very wary of the world and all in it and he has a high SURVIVAL INSTINCT and is very keen on SELF PRESERVATION. He can be quite cynical when he needs to be, but in general he’s rather friendly, if you can get ahold of him. The guy likes his sleep, and because he’s usually drained from all the training and dealing with his Aunt’s LESS THAN STELLAR PHOBIA COPING METHODS he comes off as lazy because he never wants to spend any effort to do anything. It’s a VERY RARE thing for him to actually pester people first; not because he’s shy, but because he spaces out a lot and it never dawns on him that people might want to talk to him, so he’ll need to be prodded here and there for interaction, unless he’s having a RARE good day.

Just c/ping from the doc GO ME

LYNDIS NIVALI is a creamblood paranoid hermit kleptomaniac with attitude problems, AND THAT IS PROBABLY MAKING IT SOUND BETTER THAN THE REALITY. His weasel lusus was eaten by some vicious Alternian fauna (specifically, a scalebeast) when Lyn was only a few sweeps old - in front of Lyn, no less - and Lyn was marked as cullbait from that point on. :|a However, his psionics allow him to refract light around himself to the point where it works as functional invisibility, so he managed to dodge the culling that should have inevitably followed. It did mean he was cut off from participating in troll society in any meaningful way, but...frankly he was fine with that! Lyn was hatched a runt - he’s almost 9 sweeps old and he is still only 4’10”. FOUR FEET TEN INCHES. He weighs less than 100 pounds. He is embarrassingly small is what I am saying here, and most trolls would probably consider him easy prey, so he is perfectly okay with avoiding them all! However, without a lusus to feed him or care for him growing up, he had to resort to stealing from the nearest city(which was ten miles away - he and his lusus had been deliberately setting up as far from other trolls as was feasible!), and he’s been doing it for so long now it’s become an ingrained habit!

His lusus was killed before the construction droids finished building his hive, so he doesn’t actually live in a hive at all! He lives in a cave overlooking the weathered ruins of what was meant to be his hive. :|a Said cave was meant to be only a temporary living place until construction was finished, and he’s never actually had the heart to move out since all his happy memories of his lusus were there. NOT THAT HE WOULD EVER ADMIT THAT.

As a result of avoiding any contact with other trolls so studiously, Lyn’s social skills are absolutely godawful. He never interacted with ANYONE until he was between five and six sweeps old, which is how long it was before he was lucky and skilled enough to get his hands on a husktop. From there, he wound up gravitating to troll gaming forums(he has a lot of free time in which to sit in his cave and do nothing in between thieving runs, so games were a thing he latched onto fast), which is where he learned almost all of his social skills. Unsurprisingly, this has turned him into a loud, angry internet troll to the first degree. The only good things to be said of his personality is that his lusus’ death gave him such an inherent respect (read: screaming fear) of death that he’s not nearly as vicious as most trolls and would actually never be able to bring himself to kill another sentient being except under the most dire of circumstances, and that he’s so used to consequences-free verbal abuse that when someone is actually HURT by things he says as opposed to simply getting angry, he finds it strange and distressing and actually feels bad about it.

Also as a result of being cullbait and hiding constantly from the drones as a result, Lyn has never considered quadrants as a thing that applies to him - both because he’d never be allowed to fill pails for the drones(they’d just kill him on sight), and because who would ever quadrant with him? Who would ever get the CHANCE to quadrant with him, since that would require meeting in person and he’s rather terrified by the very concept of letting another troll within 100 yards of him? Hence, he has zero quadrants, considers himself to have zero prospects for quadrants(whether anyone who knows him might think otherwise is another matter), and is extremely dismissive of quadrants in a combination of never growing up about them and sour grapes syndrome. WHO CARES IF HE’LL NEVER HAVE ANY, QUADRANTS ARE DUMB ANYWAY.

Of course, he knows all of this makes him a spectacularly shitty troll - he spends too much time alone with himself not to be acutely self-aware - and so he covers up his inadequacies and his self-worth issues (issues? He has an entire five-year’s subscription) with angry bluffing and posturing. LOOK HOW TOUGH HE IS. OBSERVE ALL THE FUCKS HE DOESN’T GIVE. HE IS TOTALLY A BADASS. WHY IS NO ONE LISTENING

Lyn uses a chain with heavy weights on each end as his weapon! By spinning them, he can generate enough velocity to do heavy damage without actually needing muscles or bulk to put a whole lot of power behind his strikes~ HE’S STRONG FOR HIS SIZE but let’s face it nobody is his size

CAPICA PAPYAA is naive and generally sweet despite the world she lives in. Raised by her tiny, overbearing lusus on a tiny island in the broken and busted remains of her ancestor’s destroyed galleon, she has had very little interaction with the majority of Alternia. She spends most of her time surfing and generally being a curious nuisance to everyone she talks to. Oh, and her head is constantly filled with the endless, distant chatter that is the voices of Those Soon to be Born, which is a pretty useless talent that has nonetheless kept her company over the sweeps.

Adelle Pteroi is a ridiculous loser sweadweller the end.

Okay but seriously, Adelle is a seadweller who is predisposed towards theatrics and ridiculousness. He believes that things should be done in STYLE, and as a member of a highblood caste it is his (not-so-)solemn duty to be a cultured, classy bastard. Of course, all this really means is that he's pretty eccentric as far as Alternia would be concerned, because he's interested in shit like fashion and for all he believes in highblood cultural superiority he has ZERO PROBLEMS talking to anyone he finds interesting, regardless of bloodcaste. He is actually quite friendly if you can handle his weirdness!

Due to his dedication to class and cool, he comes off as being quite reasonable and stable for a highblood, since there is absolutely nothing graceful or stylish about flying into highblood murder rages. Which isn't to say that he isn't capable of violence or brutality, just that he's the sort who'd do it with a smile and good-nature cheer for most of the part. He really hates losing his composure!

Adelle is an avid FLARPer, since it's basically an excuse to go beat up people stylishly. Most of his violence is actually kept to FLARP sessions, which he also uses to collect blood for dyeing fabrics and to socialize. If your character FLARPs, past and/or present, they probably met him at some point! And he may or may not have maimed them a bit, sorry bros. He IS KIND OF AN INCORRIGIBLE FIGHTING ADDICT ACTUALLY. Adores designing and making outfits, and if you're a friend he has probably offered to do so at some point or another. He also has a keen interest in Alternian theater and reads when he's not doing something else.

HE HAS A LIONFISH LUSUS and he used to spend a lot of time in the ocean as a bitty, but after he started FLARP and meeting people he spends almost all his time on land now. He has a secondary hive near the shore, even. IF YOU ARE A SEATROLL OR LIVE NEAR THE SEA we can arrange something for neighbourly/childhood friend funtimes.

LEON GEMINI is one of the kids. A bit of a troll, though more one going for laughs then malicious meanness and crying. He likes it when people laugh. Or just him. Either way its great. He rarely takes things seriously, relying on jokes and snarking to break the tension. Though once he goes off the deep end...he goes off with abandon.

Despite all the references to movies he makes, he's more gaming then them.

He is a big gamer, specifically a POWER GAMER and a bit of a COMPLETIONIST, which has lead him to having a habit of randomly leaving PESTERCHUM just so he can COMPLETE a game COMPLETELY. He is fond of RPG's and HIGH FANTASY.

He currently resides with his COUSIN, who has a penchant for turning the house into something HOME ALONE ESQUE, making it a pain to move around, without getting hit by a TRAP.

REIGNA HEART is a rich alpha bitch queen. She’s hard to get to know when in all out defensive mode, as she’s rude snappy and tends to demand her way. If you can put up with her, she becomes a lot easier to manage, and her fake sweetheart routine turns from poisonous and cruel to I’M RICH NOW TAKE THE STUFF I BOUGHT YOU, YOU HAVE TO COME VISIT IT’LL BE FAB I BOUGHT YOU TICKETS FOR THIS MONTH. So, still bossy and demanding, but she’s spending her insane amounts of money on others it’s what makes her happy. It’s not like she can go visit, since she’s in Australia and has a jam packed schedule of activities to keep her busy 24/7. She kind of hates sleeping, due to having the same weird dreams all the time. Dance classes, society social events, occasional media interviews on behalf of her mother. Especially activities revolving around shopping and fashion, since she is Little Miss Fashionista.

speaking of her mother, guess who has very deep abandonment issues from having a world famous explorer mom who is gone 99% of the time. Sure, Reigna loves adventures and the journals her mom sends of her trips, and all the cool weaponry and smuggled artifacts. Tyorik Ciphoz is your current troll heir, and a tool. Now you already know the most important parts. Congrats, we can go home.

Okay, real talk. Tyorik is someone who likes to hit on everyone who... is a person, and he does that a lot, too. I'm already sorry for him being horrible to your character. He displays quite an easy-going manner, who also likes to tease others. That might give the impression that he's doing everything for a good laugh, but deep down he's quite sincere.

His main interests are action trollmovies and being fit. Worry not, he's not a buff baramen because if he trains it's for effectiveness and not only for show. Well, a little for show too because he likes to be visual appealing (as far as that goes in troll culture). He's very well aware that he has to fight the current emperor at some point and he doesn't want to lose in one punch.

Being a high blood still means he's not as peaceful as he comes off. His lusus is basically a gigantic deep-sea horrorterror jellyfish, which is fed in the same manner as Gl'bgolyb, but Tyorik does the deed himself. He pretty sure already killed some trolls in the past.

Friendly and kindhearted, Claire is a pretty down to earth sort of girl. She likes to try and be the problem solver between her friends (like Reigna trying to punch Zach), but it's really only with the simpler problems of teenagers; when it comes to making much bigger decisions, she panics and starts to freak out and drop the ball. The pressure makes her unfortunately drop all the things and nope her way into fthatville (APPROPRIATE RIGHT) and generally call on Jack for help. He might be lazy, but he's better at calming the seas, so to speak.

Yeah, speaking of Jack, Claire has such a giant crush on him that makes her directly flip turtles when things involve him and he's too lazy to clarify or make certain things stop (for instance, Io saying he calls her mistress and he says he doesn't really care.. the answer she's looking for is a resounding No of course he doesn't!!) But when it comes to feelings actually being legit talked about, Claire herpaderps and tsuns like fuck and if they're talking over PC, she flips on the caps because clearly it hides that she's tsunning the fuck out. Usually she goes to Reigna to rant about Jack being a lazy dip, but usually by the time she's cooled off, Jack has caught up to speed and is doing cute shit that makes her forgive him all over again with a heaviest sigh of UGHHHH......

Uhhhh her hobbies include surfing, gardening, and she's actually really fond of a specific genre of movies. John Wayne cowboy movies. They're a guilty pleasure honestly, and she keeps it so downlow that it's likely her friends don't actually know of it. She puts one on for background noise when gardening outside and nine times out of ten, she's distracted because oh god this movie is so cool!!! Surfing is really her one true love though, because when the sharks haven't moved into the shallows at the beach near her house, she is there all day from sunrise to sunset, and sometimes even a little into the night if there's a full moon lighting the waves. That's about her only forays into tempting fate.

Due to such an active lifestyle with surfing and generally being out and about, Claire has a handful of insecurities about her figure. She's not really tall, not really short, really average looking with tanned skin, brown eyes, sunbleached blonde hair. Minor case of freckles on her shoulders, but she's not out of her wetsuit long enough most of the time for more to appear. No, but what I mean by insecurities about her figure, she's got a box shaped torso. Somewhat thick thighs (mostly muscle from controlling her board), it's about the only thing on her frame with any meat to it. She's barely through an A cup, has no hips, no butt, somewhat wider shoulders to match her thick thighs and really, she feels super ungirly most of the time. Rolling in dirt for gardening, rolling in sand for surfing, rolling and swooning like a middle schooler ugh.

Meet Andora Promet - the tealblooded, comic book reading, fanfic writing, overly cheerful busy body that you always wanted to meet even if you've never realized it! C'mon, she just wants to be your friend!

As Captain Alternia's number one biggest fan [as well as Troll!Superman (Supertroll?)], she's fond of concepts like duty, honor, and helping out her fellow trolls! That is to say Andora's got a bit of a hero complex. So expect her to at least offer to help out sometimes even if she might not necessarily be needed. She means well, but she's got some boundary issues you could say.

She's big on making plans, but she's not always good at keeping said plans. Good intentions aside, she tends to get side tracked by her gut feelings way too often and instead of doing what she'd planned to do she might end up doing the complete opposite if it "seemed like the thing to do at the time".

Thanks to her fannish habits, she's more clothing conscious than a lot of trolls. Odds are she's probably even cosplayed a little and the odds of her having a past of FLARPing are high. She couldn't turn down the chance to get practice in how to be a real live hero after all! Alas, she's anti-killing without a good reason so people probably find her a little boring on the FLARP front. Odds are she plays with a bunch of underdogs, because she wants to give them a better chance.

All in all she's rather... quirky by troll society standards, but she doesn't care! She's got a ton of followers on Grumblr and her latest fic chapter has over 100 rebubbles thank you very much. She's fandom royalty and don't you forget it! Also she's probably written a fic about every single one of the trolls in this session, possibly pairing them up with each other in strange ways. It's a bad habit.

If one had approached SELACH MENKAR in her younger sweeps, they would have found her more endearing: sweet, a little naive and malleable in her ways. Now, the same can be hardly said. Comfortably set in her life as a GUARD for SEADWELLING ROYALTY, she rather likes her uniform, frugal lifestyle with a world revolving around the protection of TYRIAN BLOOD. In fact, she is a great fan of RUTHLESS PRAGMATISM, and lives as such, with her motto of MIGHT MAKES RIGHT. Still, she does have a soft spot for NEW THINGS, as embarrassingly apparent in her SECRET SHRINE, her one guilty pleasure. She has a nasty habit of STALKING things that she finds interesting, and her guilty spending pleasure lies in WATERPROOF CAMERAS of which she uses to take pictures of everything, and then stash away in her shrine for personal viewing entertainment. While staunchly on the side of the seadwellers and of the opinion that seadwellers are superior to land dwellers, Selach has more of an interest in lower bloods than she would CARE TO ADMIT.

Kanabo is pretty far from the ocean, but she's another of Adelle's kouhai friends! She also FLARPs with him, and seems like a Cool Beauty up until you start to get to know her. She's respectful to those above her on the hemospectrum, so they might get along nicely. Any possibly stalking would have to be long-distance with Adelle's unwitting assistance, though.
