Kanabo Concol

Kanabo is a blueblood based off of an oni in design, but her COUGARMOM raised her to be a troll as refined as her caste demands. She has a variety of interests, most circling around MAINTAINING ORDER and PUNISHING RULE-BREAKERS, which she feels is her particular noblesse-oblige as a member of the upper castes, and due to the work of her ANCESTOR, the PALADINA, a persecutor of ruffians and criminals. On a softer note, she enjoys tea, reading old epics, and quietly fantasizing about having (gasp) friends. She is, like most other bluebloods, extremely STRONG, but generally can contain herself unless her trusty SPIKED-CLUB in hand. Then, and only then, she can get a bit...over-enthusiastic in her endeavors. Cougarmom, as Kanabo grew older, began spending less and less time raising her troll in favor of scouting out new, younger mates to spend time with, and subsequently nags at Kanabo to fill out her quadrants.

Kanabo, however, has the bad habit of retreating behind politesse and pleasantries, rather than aggressively taking chances when it comes to troll romance. In fact, romantic matters are one of the few subjects that can shatter her ladylike cool, leaving her a sputtering, blushing mess. More often than not, she keeps to her mountaintop hive, but does occasionally make forays out to a nearby city to keep the peace and mingle with others, at the behest of Cougarmom.

Physically, Kanabo is tall and shapely, a classic, cool beauty by every measure. Mostly she lives up to her appearance, save for a few moments when her shell is cracked and she is left sputtering and bewildered. She is, however, a force to be reckoned with when her temper is loosened, turning into a super-strong berserker demon. So really, it’s fortunate she was trained from an early age to have vast reserves of patience and restraint.

She currently has all quadrants open!

Kanabo! Old epics are great and all, but if you're going to miss out if you don't read the more modern stuff too! :(

Of course, Andora's just as likely to recommend comic books as she is actual novels even though she reads plenty of both. Oops?
